Our Growing Team
We are seeking motivated and experienced individuals to join our team as an AR Caller. In this dynamic role, you will primarily drive our Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) by following up on denied claims, managing accounts receivable, and ensuring timely collections with US insurance companies. Additionally, you will leverage your communication skills to support business development efforts, build strong client relationships, and identify lead generation opportunities for our healthcare services.
Key Requirements (Preview):
- 3-5 years of proven experience in US Medical Billing and AR calling
- Strong understanding of the end-to-end revenue cycle management (RCM) process and medical billing guidelines
