Software Developer - Senior

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Developer to lead the architecture and development of scalable web applications, healthcare integrations, and cloud-native platforms. You will mentor junior developers and drive engineering excellence across our technology service offerings.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, develop, and maintain complex web applications and distributed systems
• Lead technical design reviews, code architecture decisions, and engineering best practices
• Mentor junior and mid-level developers through code reviews, pair programming, and knowledge sharing
• Build and integrate production-grade APIs, microservices, and healthcare data pipelines
• Drive DevOps and deployment automation strategies for continuous delivery
• Collaborate with product, QA, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions

Requirements

• 5-10+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack software development
• Expert-level proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Next.js, Node.js, Python, or Java
• Deep experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB)
• Strong expertise in system design, scalable architecture, and microservices patterns
• Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and CI/CD
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
