Software Developer - Junior

About the Role

We are looking for a Junior Software Developer to join our engineering team and contribute to building scalable web applications, healthcare integrations, and cloud-based platforms. You will work on full-stack development projects supporting our healthcare KPO and technology service offerings.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain web applications and internal tools across the technology stack
• Build and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices for healthcare data workflows
• Write clean, well-documented, and testable code following coding standards and best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, DevOps, and product management
• Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and agile development ceremonies
• Troubleshoot and resolve software defects, performance issues, and deployment challenges

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in software development using modern frameworks and languages
• Proficiency in one or more of: JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Next.js, Node.js, Python, or Java
• Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB)
• Familiarity with RESTful API design, version control (Git), and CI/CD pipelines
• Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker)
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
