AI / ML Engineer - Senior

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior AI/ML Engineer to lead the design, training, and deployment of advanced machine learning systems and Large Language Model (LLM) workflows. You will spearhead building intelligent natural language processing pipelines and semantic analysis tools for healthcare data.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, training, testing, and optimization of state-of-the-art machine learning models
• Architect and integrate production-grade LLM applications and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) frameworks
• Collaborate with database and software engineers to deploy algorithms in cloud and EHR environments
• Ensure strict data security and compliance (HIPAA) throughout the model training pipeline
• Analyze model output quality and implement feedback loops to continuously refine model accuracy
• Stay up-to-date with emerging research and transfer academic advancements to production systems

Requirements

• 5-10+ years of vast experience in the AI/ML field and related technologies
• Vast knowledge stack including Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and deep learning frameworks
• Hands-on experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP), Large Language Models (LLMs), and prompt design
• Knowledge of machine learning deployment strategies, cloud hosting platforms (AWS/Azure), and containers (Docker)
• Strong mathematical foundation in statistics, probability, linear algebra, and machine learning theory
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a highly quantitative field
